Born in Seville, Spain, Marta Morilla was fortunate enough to grow up in a loving and talented family who always believed and supported her artistic side.

Constantly seeking to follow her independent spirit and true passion for acting, Marta started her journey as a young teenager apprenticing at one of the best acting schools in her home town (Viento Sur) that included cleaning the studio in exchange for an opportunity to fulfill her dream of attending acting classes there.
At the age of 15 she began to travel abroad, building a solid international modeling career, becoming enriched through all of the experiences she had in amazing places such as, South Africa, France, Italy, UK, Germany, Indonesia, Turkey, China, Brazil to name a few.
Beside working tirelessly as an international model, Marta always maintained her passion and desire for acting. She began this determined path by working as a professional actress in film and television in Madrid, starring and participating in various Spanish TV series and shows. Some of her credits are Periodistas (Estudios Picasso), Al salir de clase (Boca Television), ¿Quién dijo miedo? (A3 Television), Fugitivos (CMO Producciones).
In 2005 Marta continued her journey to New York where her favorite London based agent (Maggie), placed her with one of the best boutique model agency in New York City, Q Management.
With a one way ticket, Marta fell in love with this vibrant city, the people and its energy.
Living her own American Dream, she began to gain recognition and success with many advertising, beauty, hair and commercial campaigns.
Her portfolio includes worldwide campaigns for L’Oreal, Pond’s, Schwarzkopf, John Frieda, Pantene, Garnier, Mary Kay, SunSilk, Avon, Matrix, Rembrandt, O’Neil, Pas de Calais… along with many, many others.
While in the US, Marta has continued her theatrical studies, training with reputable acting coaches, such as Sheila Gray and Pamela Kramer, whose techniques and encouragement to follow her dreams have lead Marta to her latest acting credits, which include: The Wall (directed by Seas Evans and Roger Waters), Julia (directed by Matthew A. Brown) and Casting room (directed by Kevin Foong), along with various music videos with George Michael (Amazing), Dave Gahan & Soulsavers (All of this and nothing), Hollywood Undead (The daughters of black dahlia). Marta has also appeared in several short films, working with talented directors who have inspired her to expand her skills and explore new opportunities within the industry.
In January of 2017 Marta wrote, directed, produced and performed in her very first short film, Ma’am (Señora) in Buenos Aires. The short is currently nominated in several categories in festivals around the world. It has already won the Gold award for best short movie at the L.A. Short Awards. As well as best actress, for Marta’s performance at the Barcelona Planet Film Festival.
Her journey up to this point reminds her of the many serendipitous events, meetings of many ‘angels’ in her life, and for this, she will always be grateful.
Marta currently resides between Los Angeles and New York.
